Texas Governor and political opportunist Rick Perry wants to run for president of the United States so how come he was thinking that Texas might secede from the union. Perhaps being President of Texas is a fall back position to being President of the United States. Then again perhaps it the other way around. In either case Perry is another example of an angry Republican empty suit.
